Blackwood Valley Beef's Carbon Farming Project

Project Size: 40 hectares

 

About the Project: As a certified carbon neutral business, Wide Open Agriculture is looking to purchase carbon credits directly from their Dirty Clean Food farmer network, helping to offset Wide Open Agriculture’s own emissions and enhance the financial resilience of their farmers.

 

Warren Pensini, of Blackwood Valley Beef, is the first DCF farmer to be registered under the Clean Energy Regulator for a native tree carbon project which feeds into a landscape rehydration project.
